Luna's Spa Moving offers hot tub moving services 7days/week. We started moving hot tubs all over the Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire and Ventura County back in 2010. We have moved just about every hot tub that you can think of.
If you are moving a hot tub, please read this page fully. Since we have encountered every obstacle there is, we have created this page with customers in mind. In order to minimize cost as much as possible, we will point out the issues that we sometimes come across.
We can assure you that reading this page fully can save you the headache of unexpected cost, last min cancellations, last min rescheduling and most importantly, save you the headache of hiring hot tub movers without being properly informed of potential set backs.

We offer spa moving services. We can transport your spa from one location to another or move your spa within the same property if needed. There is no spa move that is too small for us to accept.
We use the best spa moving equipment there is. It not only protects your spa from damage, but it also protects our movers by offering ways to lift, maneuver and secure these 400-1400lbs items. New or used, we can pick up and deliver your spa.

We can remove your spa/hot tub if it is no longer working or if it's too old and you're doing an upgrade. We can also store your hot tub if you are having work done to you house such as a remodel.
If you just want your hot tub removed and it's in working condition, we have free removal options. To inquire about FREE removals, please contact us. The tub must be in working order and in decent cosmetic condition.
This was a 2 in 1 job. We were hired to deliver a hot tub and remove their old, non working tub. We offer removal services for hot tubs that are either broken, too out of date or when they are taking up too much space. We can remove and deliver your new or pre-owned hot tub on the same day. It is best to have hot tubs drained and disconnected in order to avoid additional fees. Doing so also helps speed up the moving process since draining can be a very slow process (usually taking 4-6hrs).
Sometimes we use the Spa Dolly System. It is very helpful in some occasions. Here we have one of our team members using the leverage bar on the Spa Dolly Trailer to tilt the tub and lock it into place!
All terrain Moving
Depending on the type of terrain and access, we might need to use the low profile spa dolly. If we need transport your hot tub over dirt or grass, we are more than ready with an "All Terrain Dolly". Sometimes however, there is a a height clearance issue and cannot use the all terrain dolly while the ground level is grass/dirt. In these situations, we use the wooded planks that you see below. This allows us to use our low profile dolly on tough terrain.
Moving a hot tub can be a challenge. Every property presents different obstacles and if your movers are not prepared, the job will either be canceled, rescheduled or if they proceed and attempt to "wing it" your hot tub can be damaged instantly.
Once of the most common issues that we see is hot tub jobs that were bailed on halfway through. When movers try to use furniture dollies on hot tubs, the panels will break due to the dollies being too small and not made to move hot tubs.
We carry quite a few different dollies on board. From our Spa Dolly that is meant for tough terrain to our custom built all terrain dolly meant for slightly smoother terrain and 360 capabilities.
As you can see on the images here, we have to change things up with each move. Sometimes a sled is required due to low clearance etc...
Whatever the problem may be, rest assured that if it can come in/out without a crane, we will find a way to move it out/in without one.
